A high school graduate, Lynda is known for her organization, reliability, and commitment to supporting both her colleagues and the individuals Hopeful Beginnings serves.
Outside of work, Lynda enjoys spending quality time with her husband and their grandchildren. She loves camping and is always ready for a vacation or new adventure, especially if it involves the mountains. A good cup of coffee, creative crafting projects, and relaxing getaways are some of her favorite ways to unwind. Lynda also adores her two sweet pups, Skye and Charlie, who are an important part of her family.
Jennifer Decker
Billing & Credentialing SpecialistJennifer Decker is the Credentialing and Billing Specialist at Hopeful Beginnings, where she has been a dedicated member of the team for the past 12 years. She helps ensure the credentialing and billing process runs smoothly and is committed to providing organized, reliable support to both clients and the clinical team. Jennifer earned her high school diploma and takes pride in helping the practice operate efficiently.
Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys reading, spending time with her book club girls, traveling, and making memories with her grandchildren. She also loves taking walks and playing fetch with her dog, making the most of her time with family and the outdoors.
Billie Maynard
Assistant Office Manager & Billing SpecialistBillie Maynard is the Assistant Office Manager and Billing Specialist, bringing eight years of experience to the team. In her role, she manages billing operations while also helping onboard new employees, ensuring they feel welcomed and supported from day one. Her attention to detail, organizational skills, and friendly approach make her an integral part of the office.
Billie earned her high school diploma and continued her education at Salt Lake Community College. Outside of work, she enjoys slow coffee mornings, golfing, traveling, and taking in a beautiful sunset. Above all, she treasures spending quality time with her family, whom she considers life's greatest blessing.
Sara Maynard
Billing SpecialistSara Maynard is a Billing Specialist at Hopeful Beginnings, where she has been a valued member of the team for six years. She completed some college coursework at Utah State University and brings dedication, attention to detail, and a commitment to supporting the organization’s mission.
Outside of work, Sara enjoys the simple things in life, including a good cup of coffee, getting lost in a great book, and spending time on the golf course. Her favorite moments are spent with her two children and family, creating memories and enjoying time together.
Cathy Maynard
Billing SpecialistCathy Maynard is a Billing Specialist at Hopeful Beginnings, where she helps support clients and the clinical team by ensuring billing processes run smoothly. She completed some college coursework at Salt Lake Community College and is dedicated to providing dependable, organized support.
Outside of work, Cathy enjoys spending time with her family, camping, playing board games and cornhole, and relaxing around a campfire while sharing jokes and stories. She also loves taking walks with her three dogs; Murphy, BJ, and Molly, whenever the weather cooperates.
Kalee VanBeek
Billing SpecialistKalee VanBeek is a Billing Specialist at Hopeful Beginnings and has been part of the team for four years. She began her career with the company as an Intake Coordinator and now manages billing while collaborating with other departments to support daily operations. Kalee also fills in for the Intake team when needed and played a key role in rebuilding the company website.
Outside of work, Kalee enjoys spending time in the kitchen cooking and baking, getting lost in a good book, and making memories with her husband and two children. Whether it's sharing a homemade meal or enjoying time together as a family, she values the simple moments that bring everyone together.
Braxton Nickles
Admin Assistant & Intake CoordinatorBraxton Nickles is an Administrative Assistant and Intake Coordinator at Hopeful Beginnings, where he has been a dedicated member of the team for six years. In his role, Braxton supports the billing department by verifying insurance information, assisting with incoming calls, and providing helpful, kind, and caring customer service to clients and families. He also coordinates client assignments with intake therapists, helping ensure the intake process runs smoothly and that each individual entering the clinic receives timely, compassionate, and high-quality care.
Outside of work, Braxton enjoys watching anime, playing video games, enjoying hot pot with friends and family, and playing Magic: The Gathering. He values creativity, connection, and the opportunity to spend time enjoying the hobbies he loves.
Wiramina Wihongi
Intake CoordinatorMina Wihongi earned her Associate's degree in Psychology from Salt Lake Community College and has been a member of the Hopeful Beginnings team for the past year. As part of the intake team, she is passionate about creating a positive experience for new clients by helping them navigate the intake process with ease. She also supports the billing department by verifying insurance coverage, ensuring clients have a smooth start to their care.
Outside of work, Mina has had a lifelong passion for photography and has been a professional photographer for the past three years. She also enjoys curling up with a good book and spending quality time with her husband.
At home, Mina is a proud cat mom to Kiko, who, after plenty of patience and persistence, is impressively toilet trained. She has also recently embraced her favorite new role as a mom, welcoming her beautiful bundle of joy and enjoying all the adventures that come with this exciting new chapter in her life.
Dan Parko
IT DirectorDan Parko serves as an IT Director, bringing a strong technical foundation and a passion for leveraging technology to support organizational success. He earned his Associate's Degree in Computer Technology and has built his career around delivering reliable IT solutions, maintaining secure systems, and helping organizations operate efficiently through effective technology management.
Known for his problem-solving skills, dependability, and commitment to excellence, Dan enjoys finding practical solutions to complex technical challenges while providing exceptional support to those he serves. He believes that technology should simplify processes, improve productivity, and empower people to do their best work.
Outside of his professional career, Dan enjoys spending time outdoors and is a devoted Denver Broncos fan. Most importantly, he treasures time with his wife and their two children, making family a central part of his life.
